mi mujer y yo hemos salido bastante contento de su hotel.
nosotros tenemos un hijo de dos años y se lo ha pasado muy bien.
Un hotel para recomendar, sobre todo en calidad de servicios, y atencion del personal.

l’hotel est tres bien avec sa formule Alexander et spa chaques jours
le personnel est très gentil
le seul reproche est la nourriture
le matin toujours la meme chose,jamais d’omelette ,de jambon fumé ou de saumon fumé comme dans les autres hotels et toujours les memes baguettes
le soir jamais rien de spécial comme dans d’autres hotels 4 étoile
jamais de jambon fumé sérano ni de gambas ni de saumon fumé comme ailleurs
la nourriture est trop simple
le Gala qui etait si bien avant la reprise par la chaine Alexander pour la nourriture est beaucoup moins bien
dommage car l’hotel est super
j espère que la chaine va changer cette nourriture car j’ai croisé plusieurs anciens clients qui ne sont plus content

Hemos estado en H.Gala en los 3 últimos dÃas de octubre 09. Buena relación calidad/precio en habitaciones tipo Alexander con utilización diaria del SPA. Atención correcta y cordial. Comida adecuada para establecimientos de esta categorÃa. Lo peor, el minibar que hay que contratar de atemano sin saber si lo vas a consumir o no y la orientación del hotel hacia el cliente inglés y alemán.
We stayed in Hotel Gala the week of 9th March and found the hotel of excellent standard. I booked directly with the hotel as I found I could get a half-board rate for the same price as I was getting B&B quotes for on other websites. The rate was €90 per night half-board, and the rate included daily access to the spa and a room with sea view. The hotel itself was immaculately clean, both outside and inside, and the food was unbelievably good for a buffet type arrangement. A lot of food was cooked fresh so it was hot and there was always a chef cooking up some nice tasty meat and fish on a grill in addition to the other meals available. The hotel have an arrangement whereby you can subsitute dinner for lunch if you like, and that suited us on a couple of days which was great, as the lunch is a barbeque with fresh salads, crusty bread, and anything else you could fancy for lunch! All in all, breakfast, lunch and dinner were excellent at the hotel. I congratulate the management and staff for really going the extra mile for guests. Other highlights were the spa (beautiful and of 5 star standard), and the pool area, which was large and clean. The only problems I encountered were people running outside at 7.30 in the morning to put towels on sun loungers, not menitoning any nationalities in particular who were the culprits on most occasions, which was a bit ridiculous. We didn’t mind anyway because we liked to go out and about during the day which was just as well! The guests in the hotel were mostly middle aged and as such much of the hotel entertainment was geared towards that age group and it all felt a bit One Flew Over the Cookoo’s nest at times when you arrived back from the big bad world outside, but hey that’s what the majority of the guests were into so that makes sense. Only one thing bothered me, and it was such a minor thing I feel bad for mentioning it, but the TV in the bedroom had about a hundred channels in Spanish, German, French, and the only channels in English you could get, having trawled through all channels as the remote was a generic-not-made-for-that-TV remote (don’t you just hate those?!!), was BBC World, and CNBC. There should really be a few more channels for English-speaking guests. But, as I said, it was a minor thing, I was there to holiday not to hang around the room so it wasn’t a big deal. Hotel Gala is an excellent hotel, shame about the location, but stay there and hire a car like we did and you’ll have a great trip. Taxis are only 5 euro into town anyway to escape Linekers and the other awful joints near the hotel.
Hemos estado los últimos 5 dÃas de abril 10. y todo en general nos a parecido muy bien sobre todo la comida .en el tema de postres estaba un poco justo según mi esposa .
